Our Galloway beef can be butchered to your own requirements if you have any favourite cuts. Prices start from £5.50 per kg.

MIXED BOXES are available, as with lamb. Cuts can include, for example, the following:

• boned and rolled joints
• joints with bone left in
• etc

ABERDEEN ANGUS

Aberdeen Angus beef can be ordered in the same cuts as the Galloway above, and also costs from £5.50 per kg.

SPECIALTY MEATS

We make wonderful burgers and sausages with both our Galloway beef and our Herdwick lamb. These can be seasoned to your own taste with various herbs and spices. Also available are pork sausages seasoned with herbs and spices.

PACKING & DELIVERY

Please add £10.00 per box for packing and delivery.
Please note that large lambs, hoggs, shearlings, wethers and mutton, weighing over 15kg, will have to be packed in 2 boxes, : the second box will cost an extra £5.00, as well as 30p for every kilo over 15kg. Since carriage costs less the more you order, why not club together with a friend and order 2 boxes between you?
